Prior to articling, Zoe worked as a summer law student at FCL LLP. Zoe assists with a broad range of civil litigation matters and has a keen interest in advocacy and dispute resolution.

While at Western Law School, Zoe was recognized with the Brad Hodgson Civil Litigation Award for her work on civil litigation files through Western’s Community Legal Services.

Darya Rahbar

Darya Rahbar is an articling student at FCL and a recent graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, she was an active mooter, earning accolades at both national and international competitions. For these achievements, she received the Earl Cherniak Award. Beyond mooting, Darya has extensive experience in legal research and writing. She has served as a research assistant for several professors and contributed to theCourt.ca as both a writer and managing editor.

Darya completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Toronto, where she authored a senior thesis on the judiciary’s role in the context of social change.

Miya Gohill

Miya currently assists on a broad range of civil litigation matters and has interest in advocacy.

Miya received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary and her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. While at Dalhousie Miya volunteered with the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service and was a senior law student at the initio Technology and Innovation Law Clinic.
