Darya Rahbar

Associate

After articling with FCL LLP, Darya Rahbar joined as an associate to continue her practice in the areas of professional liability law, commercial and product liability law, employment law and coverage law.

During law school at Osgoode Hall, she was an active mooter, earning accolades at both national and international competitions. For these achievements, she received the Earl Cherniak Award. Beyond mooting, Darya has extensive experience in legal research and writing. She has served as a research assistant for several professors and contributed to theCourt.ca as both a writer and managing editor.

Darya completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Toronto, where she authored a senior thesis on the judiciary’s role in the context of social change.
