Michael Dunk

Associate

Michael’s practice focuses primarily on professional liability, product liability, director and officer liability, municipal liability, and various coverage matters.

Prior to joining FCL LLP in 2025, Michael articled and practiced at a full-service litigation firm practicing insurance defence and coverage litigation across a wide range of matters including in the areas of municipal liability and public entity defence, professional negligence, property damage, motor vehicle accidents, commercial and general liability, roads liability, transit liability, and insurance coverage issues. Michael has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, including assisting senior counsel with trials.
