Natalie defends professional liability, construction and pollution liability claims and represents both insurers and policy holders in complex coverage disputes. She regularly represents mortgage brokers, financial and investment advisors, engineers, contractors, insurance brokers, and accountants, among other professionals in both defence of civil actions and disciplinary proceedings.

With extensive experience handling claims under Directors and Officers’ liability policies, Natalie has defended clients in employment disputes, defamation claims, and shareholder remedy cases.  She has acted for corporate entities in complex shareholder and member disputes.

Natalie regularly presents seminars to the legal community, the insurance community, and to professional organizations with respect to emerging legal issues and best practices.  She has taught the Professional Ethics course for mortgage brokers obtaining their certification.  Natalie is a mentor through the Women’s Law Association of Ontario.
