Ryan W. O. Chan

Ryan is a passionate advocate practising broad civil litigation and administrative law, including commercial and shareholder disputes, product liability, and professional regulatory and liability matters.

Ryan has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Outside of his legal practice, Ryan is a social advocate focused on issues relating to social media regulation, online harms and hate crimes. His work has been featured in major media outlets including the CBC, Globe and Mail, and Toronto Star.
