Vivian Wan

Associate

Vivian articled with FCL LLP and returned as an Associate following her call to the Ontario Bar in 2021. Her practice areas include employment litigation, professional liability, fidelity and other insurance coverage work, product liability and fraud recovery litigation.

Prior to joining FCL LLP, Vivian worked with the Human Rights Legal Support Centre on a variety of employment and harassment-related cases. She developed a keen interest in this subject matter and subsequently worked for a labour union that represented a variety of professionals in the public service. Vivian has since been involved in drafting employment contracts and coverage dispute applications, and has assisted on various complex civil litigation matters.

Vivian graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was the recipient of the highest academic award for Legal Drafting. She completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of British Columbia. Vivian is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association, Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
